Multilingual Outreach

Detects the language a customer prefers and responds in it — natively, not via a visible 'translated by' banner — while keeping the business's voice intact across languages.

What it does

Most AI agents either operate in a single configured language or surface translation as a clunky toggle. Multilingual Outreach lets an agent detect the language a customer prefers — from message content, from prior interactions, from explicit signal — and respond in that language as a native speaker would.

The agent's voice (formality, tone, characteristic phrasing) is preserved across languages, not just the literal content.

Why it matters

For businesses serving multilingual customer bases — hospitality, real estate in coastal cities, professional services with international clients — a single-language agent silently loses a meaningful share of the customer base. Adding a generic translator on top makes the agent feel mechanical to those customers.

Languages supported (v1)

English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Mandarin, Tagalog. Additional languages can be added per engagement.

When to use it

  • Hospitality (hotels, restaurants, tours) with international guest mix
  • Real estate in cosmopolitan markets
  • Professional services with international clients
  • Customer support for products with global users

How it works

The skill maintains a per-language voice variant of the business's voice profile. Language is detected per inbound message; the agent responds in that language unless explicit policy overrides. Switching back to a different language mid-conversation is supported — the agent follows the customer.
