The path here.

Terry started at Pace University and stepped into enterprise IT at Microsoft, then IBM. At IBM, he ran operations across the kind of accounts most engineers never touch — Morgan Stanley and Dean Witter on the financial services side, where downtime is measured in dollars per second.

In the 2010s he founded Global IT Source, the consulting practice that has anchored every engagement since. Global IT Source has worked behind the brands of NOAA, Bank of America, MasterCard, and the IRS — delivered through partners like Mahindra Satyam, Harris, and Deloitte. The work has always been the same: monitoring, automation, automated response.

Innovative AI Solutions is the current incarnation. Same lineage, new response layer. The systems we build today are the systems we've always built. The difference is the response is now intelligent.
